Doing good in Edgewood

Friends of Edgewood Recreation Center (Friends of Edgewood) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that incorporated in the District of Columbia in 2009. 

We host community meetings, community projects and events, including the Edgewood Community Garden, and a neighborhood cleanup.  All Edgewood residents are welcome to join.  Email us with ideas and suggestions at: friendsofedgewoodrec@gmail.com

Edgewood Neighborhood Cleanup:  

2017 Dates: February 4th, May 6th, August 5th, November 4th  
Meet at corner of 3rd and Evarts, NE at 10:30 a.m.  Bags and gloves provided.   

Community Meetings

2017 Dates: January 4th, April 5th, July 5th, October 4th  
At 7 p.m. the community room of the Inspired Teaching School, 200 Douglas St NE.
